Pokémon Squishmallows are technically available, but unfortunately, their intense popularity has many of these softies running for the tall grass. In this post, we’re attempting to wrangle all of the Pokémon Squishmallows we can find in stock. We’ll keep this updated as stock becomes available, and as new versions launch.
The latest wave of Pokemon Squishmallows includes Piplup and a winking Pikachu, which are currently available to pre-order.
Where to buy Pikachu Squishmallows
We always suggest checking for a Pikachu Squishmallow at Amazon first. Failing that route, we recommend Kohls, which has recently become a great retailer for picking up Squishmallows. Other places that usually have the store-exclusive 12-inch version in stock, like the Pokémon Center, have been selling out quickly.
You can reserve your very own 12-inch winking Pikachu Squishmallow exclusively from The Pokémon Center for $29.99. While there is currently no launch date for the new plushies, this may be your only opportunity to add one to your collection, as there are no restocks planned for this particular version.
Where to buy Gengar Squishmallows
There are plenty of store listings for the grinning, ghostly pokémon, but most of them are out of stock, or charging more than the Squishmallow normally costs.
Where to buy Snorlax and Togepi Squishmallows
Surprising nobody, Snorlax, and Togepi Squishmallows hit the market and sold out shortly thereafter. Several months later, we still haven’t been able to find consistent stocks for either one. However, you can pay more than the normal cost for the 10-inch version of either one at Showcase for $49.99 each.
Where to buy Piplup Squishmallows
The newest Pokémon to join the Squishmallow ranks is Piplup. While it was initially available to pre-order from The Pokémon Center, it's currently unavailable, but you might be able to pick up this Squishmallow on the secondary market following its official launch.
For anyone looking to put in some additional legwork to find a Squishmallow, there are resources available that provide alerts for when these prized commodities get restocked. For that, we’d recommend following Squish Collect on Twitter, who provides updates on restocks for Squishmallows.
Alternatively, plenty of other oversized plush Pokémon are currently in stock at other retailers. While they aren’t official Squishmallow-branded products, they’re almost as cute.
