Zekrom is one of the Unovan Legendary Pokémon that can appear in Pokémon Go’s tier five raids. Our Pokémon Go Zekrom raid guide will teach you Zekrom’s best moveset, counters, shiny status, and weaknesses.
Zekrom best counters and weaknesses
To take Zekrom down, use dragon-, ice-, fairy-, and ground-types. Some of the best Zekrom counters and weaknesses include:
- Rayquaza with Dragon Tail and Outrage
- Mamoswine with Powder Snow and Avalanche
- Groudon with Mud Shot and Earthquake
- Salamence with Dragon Tail and Outrage or Draco Meteor
Mega Evolved Pokémon like Mega Abomasnow, Mega Altaria, and Mega Charizard X will also be useful if you have the resources for them.
Pay attention to weather boosts, which help you deal more damage. Sunny and clear weather boost ground-type moves, windy weather boosts dragon-type moves, cloudy weather boosts fairy-type moves, and snow boosts ice-type moves.
Zekrom best moveset
Zekrom is both a strong dragon-type and electric-type attacker. If you don’t have a team of Rayquaza or Salamence, you should teach it Dragon Breath and Outrage to fill that dragon-shaped void on your team. If you’ve already got enough dragons, use it as an electric-type with Charge Beam and Wild Charge.
Can Zekrom be Shiny?
No, Zekrom is not available Shiny yet.
